It is normal to feel tired after the acupuncture treatment since the body is going through the process of healing. Please take care to rest and eat your meals regularly. The best way is to relax and avoid any extraneous activities such as working out in the gym, renovation, gardening and moving furniture. By resting, you are conserving the Qi (energy) for the body to heal properly. |

At the beginning of your treatments, it is advisable to have consistent regular treatment in order to accomplish the healing objectives. Once the health conditions are corrected, you may not need to come. For chronic conditions, you may need to “tune up” once in a while. The frequency depends on your condition and vary from monthly to every 3 months. |

Generally, acupuncture does not interfere with other forms of treatment. However, for certain types of pain conditions, such as severe lower back pain, it is advisable to focus on acupuncture only until your pain is totally eliminated prior to using other forms of treatments. |
